Discovery Meeting

A discovery meeting allows you to tell us all of your ideas and requirements for your website.

This will include:

How the website will look. You may have an exisiting brand that you want to incorporate as well as examples of websites that you admire.
The functionality it needs to have.
Who your competitors are.
The target audience for your website.
How your website will be deemed a success.

We’ll carefully listen to everything you have to say whilst also throwing our wealth of expertise into the mix.

This meeting will enable us to create a document that will require your sign off.

This document gives you peace of mind as it is a point of reference that everyone has agreed on in terms of what needs to be delivered.

It gives us laser like focus while creating your designs and ensures we don’t stray away from what you’ve asked for.

Website wireframes

If you’ve not heard of a wireframe before, then it is like the skeleton of your website.

Wireframes lay out the structure / user journey of your website without all of the distractions, e.g. images, brand colours, brand fonts etc

The benefit of wireframing is that changes can be made early and quickly.

The later down the line that changes are required, the more time they take to action.

If for instance a part of the website has been developed / coded and then it is deemed not fit for purpose, that will take a significantly longer time to fix then if it had been spotted at the wireframe stage.

Essentially, at the wireframe stage, we can rectify something extremely easily and quickly.

The process also provides confidence that everything that is going to follow is based on strong foundations.

Website visuals

In terms of the designs that are going to be delivered, confidence for both you and ourselves will be high, based on everything that has happened up until this point.

You can be sure that the website visuals you receive will be completely in keeping with your expectations, dare we say, exceeding your expectations.

However, you won’t provide you with all of your website visuals in one go.

Typically we’ll like send you a visual of your homepage and one other page.

When you and other key stakeholders have had the chance to review these designs, you will of course have the opportunity to provide us with some feedback.

It goes without saying that you are entitled to a set of amendments.

Our years of experience mean we’re confident that you’ll be delighted, however knowing that amendment can be made if necessary, gives you complete peace of mind.

Once the initial designs have been signed off, we will proceed with the rest of your website designs.
