RBC Customs are premier quality international customs advisory and compliance specialists.
They approached us with a tight deadline in order to promote their services pre-Brexit.
During our initial discussions, it was clear the website had to represent the tone of the industry. This meant nothing quirky whilst depicting business done in a traditional way.
Visually, we ensured that the RBC wesbite matched up with their brief and we also made sure their offering was clear whilst promoting the various services that they provide.
Clear calls to action were created driving visitors to information on RBCs services and a form was added to each page to not only encourage, but make it incredibly easy, for potential clients to get in touch.
Keeping Data Secure
Unfortunately a previous incarnation of the site had been lost along with all of the data.
It was imperative therefore that there was a solid backup strategy in place.
We ensure that RBC Customs retain their data with a daily backup and additional backups are taken whenever modifications are made to the website.
By way of retainer, we also ensure that the site is kept up to date. This ensures that the security and functionality of the website is maintained.
Ongoing Relationship
Since the launch of the RBC Customs website, we have cloned the site for the VAT and Freight arms of the business. See:
In addition to cloning the sites, some additional functionality in the form of a news section and a white papers section was developed.
This functionality was then seamlessly integrated back into the RBC Customs website, ready to use when RBC deem it necessary.
